Chef's Movie Night - How to Train Your Dragon

Join us on January 7th for an enchanting evening of food and film at Forks & Boards! This special Chef’s Movie Night features your choice of a three or five-course meal inspired by How to Train Your Dragon, perfectly paired with two themed drinks.

  • Time: Show starts at 6:30 PM (please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and place any additional orders)

  • Price: 

    • 5- Course Meal - $75 for non-members | $50 for members

    • 3- Course Meal - $50 for non-members | $40 for members

    • Get both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options for an additional $10 per ticket.

Movie Menu

  • Pickled cucumbers, red onions, and garlic served alongside pita bread cheddar and genoa salami. Whole grain mustard cream cheese spread to accent the dish — a briny, crunchy bounty from the Northern Isles.

  • Chive whole-grain mustard garlic pickle deviled egg disks, garnished with dill and red pepper flakes — small but mighty, like a dragon guarding its treasure.

  • A thunderous lemon and dill chicken broth with chicken thighs, onion, carrot, and potato stew, topped with red onion — warming provisions for long voyages across the Barbaric Seas.

  • Slow-roasted garlic rosemary sea-salt pork tenderloin, paired with a carrots, turnip, and radish, garlic, beef stock tomato gravy garnished with a raspberry whiskey reduction. A true Viking’s victory feast.

  • Blue sugar creme brulee
