Movie Menu

  • A crisp  puff pastry topped with finely chopped pineapple, orange, tomato, cilantro, red onion, and mixed bell pepper, lightly dressed in citrus and served with a mango vinaigrette.

A bright, fresh beginning—like two paths about to cross.

  • Soy-glazed ground chicken tucked into crisp lettuce wrap with mushrooms, carrots, and crunchy noodles, finished with a peanut sauce.

Bold, vibrant flavors inspired by the energy of Tokyo street markets.

  • A light, refreshing dish that feels like two worlds meeting in perfect balance. Crisp cucumber slices mingle with delicate strands of carrot, cabbage, and turnip, brought together by fresh cilantro and a bright citrus-pepper vinaigrette. Sweet, tangy, and just a little unexpected—each bite mirrors the fleeting, beautiful connections that tie moments (and people) together across time.

  • A gorgeous cut of salmon glazed with miso and citrus, served over a carrot, pumpkin, and sweet potato silken blend, served with marinated roasted cauliflower almond asparagus and a sweet chili drizzle.
Rich, balanced, and glowing with the warmth of a fleeting sunset.

  • Soft matcha sponge filled with chocolate cream and finished with raspberry compote.

A delicate balance of flavors, tied together by a thread of sweetness and memory.

  • Mitsuha’s Twilight - The tropical brightness of mango and lime mirrors Mitsuha's vibrant village life in Itomori, with cilantro adding an earthy, grounded quality — just like her connection to tradition and the land.

Taki’s Golden Hour - Bold bourbon with the warmth of honey and the sharp kick of ginger beer — the energy of Tokyo, ambition, and the golden light of the comet's passing. The bitters echo the bittersweet ache of almost-memory.

  • Lake Reflection - Layered, and effervescent — like the surface of Lake Itomori shimmering at dusk. The pineapple and orange evoke warmth and longing from a distance.

Musubi - Musubi is the word at the heart of the film — the thread that connects all things. Green tea grounds this drink in something ancient and Japanese, while lemon, honey, and ginger weave together like fate itself.
