Movie Menu

  • A vibrant mix of bell peppers, red and sweet onions, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and sweet peppers, tossed in a bright lime dressing with a marinade seaweed top.

Light, crisp, and fresh—like a meal gathered from a hidden garden.

  • Roasted acorn squash filled with ricotta, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and mushrooms, topped with roasted red peppers and a blueberry honey glaze. Served with cucumbers, toast points, and fresh apple slices.

A playful, abundant spread—like treasures gathered from a human kitchen.

  • A warm, tucked-away comfort dish that feels like a secret meal prepared beneath the floorboards. Tender chicken thigh, hearty wild rice, and bright broccoli are gently simmered in a fragrant sweet Thai red curry, creating a cozy blend of bold and delicate flavors. Rich yet humble, this dish captures the quiet magic of small moments and the feeling of finding warmth in the most unexpected places.

  • Seared pork steak glazed in a sweet and spicy plum teriyaki, finished with crispy garlic, and roasted ponzo crimini mushrooms, carrots and onions.

Rich, rustic, and full of depth—celebrating simple ingredients made extraordinary.

  • Crisp sweet potato waffle topped with brown sugar glazed bananas and chai-spiced whipped cream dusted with sugar glass dust.

A small but cozy indulgence, full of warmth and sweetness.

  • Plum Rain - Warm and bittersweet, like the rainy season that blankets the old Japanese house. The plum syrup and whisky carry the melancholy sweetness of a world that can't last — and the ginger beer arrives like a sudden summer storm.

The Borrower’s Garden - Delicate gin and elderflower feel like the hidden world beneath the floorboards — secret, floral, and perfectly miniature. The basil and honey echo Arrietty's herb garden seen from below, where every leaf is enormous and alive.

  • Under the Floorboards - Simple, honest, and quietly beautiful — just like the Borrowers' home. Tea and honey with a whisper of basil and lemon, like a tiny cup brewed in a hidden kitchen.

Sho’s Window - Grape and apple, gentle and golden — the view from the sickroom window where Sho watches the garden, hoping to catch a glimpse of something magical just out of reach. The ginger beer lifts it like a held breath.
